Karolyn is also a certified life and mindset coach and is expanding her work into the realm of whole body wellness. With a vision to integrate her knowledge of real estate with wellness practices, Karolyn is planning to establish her own wellness and spa center. Pauline Stegman is Vice President and Co-Founder of Sana Wealth, with a background as a foreign trained lawyer and former Senior District Court Magistrate. She has over a decade of experience in real estate, both domestically and internationally, including owning land and multifamily property overseas. In the US, Pauline began her journey fixing up distressed properties and selling them for a profit. Pauline achieved a significant increase in business revenue doing $2.6MM in property transactions over a twelve month period before pursuing other investment opportunities. Pauline leads monthly real estate networking events in the DFW area, to facilitate networking and knowledge sharing and to foster collaboration between investors. Pauline has also held multiple senior executive positions in the private and public sectors, including heading the legal and commercial services department for Barrick Gold Corporation at their Porgera Gold Mine for close to 9 years. Pauline is skilled in corporate governance, risk management, and is a certified contract management professional.

Al Domínguez is Vice President and Co-Founder of Sana Wealth. Al has over a decade of experience in the real estate and investment industries, and his expertise covers a broad range of topics such as property development, finance, and investments.

Al brings a dynamic perspective to targeting, acquiring, and managing assets using best practices combined with innovative technologies. His professional expertise includes driving corporate strategy and business development opportunities. After graduating from the City University of New York with a degree in Economics, he then pursued his passion for finance on Wall Street. There, he participated in over $5MM in finance transactions, before transitioning to a specialty in real estate.

In May 2022, he launched a nationwide transactional lending program. Al enjoys driving value through developing and implementing strategic, cutting-edge processes to drive efficiency and optimization from the top down. He has a strong track record as owner of a 5.5MM multifamily asset and is a great asset to Sana Wealth.
